Chris began doing helper work in 2001 as a Jr., at the age of 17 he got
his foundation schooling through Hundesport Alaska and USA Teaching helper Mark Chaffin. He worked with Khalid and contiuned
attending seminars hosted by Hundesport with Mark. At the age of 20, he completed his first trial as a USA helper, and one
of the dogs he worked took high in protection under USA judge Glenn Stephenson. He also worked his Mother's dog in that same
trial (talk about pressure!) Chris took the Helper Evaluation this year under Mark Chaffin. The past few years he has
enjoyed the hard hits of the rotties, and the fast flying malinois.
Chris also plans to get his schutzhund titles on his own dog Valfodr
this year, after getting his BH last summer.
